We’re looking for a creative and strategic Team Lead – ATL Marketing (f/m/x) who’s ready to take Formo’s brand to the next level. As the driving force behind our mass media marketing, you’ll craft and execute campaigns that build awareness, inspire trust, and make Formo a household name. This isn’t just marketing—it’s a moo-vement, and we’re ready for you to lead it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Craft & Execute Impactful Campaigns: Dream up and launch high-impact ATL campaigns across channels like TV, OOH, programmatic, radio, and podcasts

  • Own the Brand Narrative: Lead Formo’s storytelling efforts, ensuring every campaign screams “easy-cheesy and unmistakably Formo”

  • Strategic Media Buying: Oversee media partnerships, negotiate placements, and optimise spend to maximise ROI

  • Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and refine campaigns to ensure we’re hitting (and exceeding) key metrics

  • Collaborate & Inspire: Work closely with our creative teams, external agencies, and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with Formo’s mission and values

  • Innovate Boldly: Constantly push the envelope with creative strategies that stand out in a competitive landscape

Job requirements

  • A degree in marketing, business, or communications—or something equally impressive

  • 5+ years of experience in ATL marketing, preferably in consumer goods, media agencies, or DTC brands

  • Proven track record managing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels (TV, OOH, radio, paid digital)

  • Expertise in media buying, branding, and analytics—you live and breathe campaign optimization

  • Stellar project management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire both internal teams and external agencies

  • Strong storytelling skills with an eye for creative direction

  • A passion for bold ideas, strategic thinking, and turning vision into action

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with FMCG or sustainability-focused brands

  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms and tools

  • A knack for identifying trends and jumping on them at just the right time
