Hey there, supply chain enthusiast! We're looking for someone passionate about creating and executing future-focused supply plans.

In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with teams from sourcing, logistics, marketing, and sales to optimize inventory levels and enhance customer satisfaction. It's a vital position with a significant impact on all areas of our business.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and autonomously manage demand planning across various EU countries

  • Build inventory strategy, successfully monitor inventory levels, and achieve high service levels to win customer loyalty

  • Own purchasing and replenishment domain for all ingredients of assigned products

  • Collaborate on market expansion projects to successfully support company growth

  • Drive waste management and enable sustainable supply chain performance

  • Adopt a mindset of continuous process optimisation and proactive support for improvement implementation

  • Develop operations KPIs and enable effective dashboards to derive informed supply chain decisions

Job requirements

  • Relevant experience (5+ years) in the FMCG industry with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, or similar

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. You’re used to working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment

  • Hands-on mentality along with a structured approach

  • Proficiency in demand planning software and tools (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL) complemented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • An ownership mindset and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

  • Willingness to travel (25-30% of working time)

  • Fluent in English & preferably German, any other EU language is a plus
